COEN CHILD PROTECTION FAMILY DAY

The Coen Community , in conjunction with local agencies to host the Coen Child Protection Family Day for the people of Coen.

Activities will include:

• Child protection march will commence at 1pm at St. John’s Respite Centre, through the main street (Regent Street), along Armbrust Street and ending at Coen Wellbeing Centre;
• Display of children activities will include stations from local agencies for parents and children;
• Information on Children rights and legal matters;
• Local and external agencies support services;
• Community Calender Competition; and
• Promotional materials to support young people.

Performances will include:

• Coen Kindergarten Children Acknowledgement to Country along with 4 songs;
• CYAAA Coen Campus Band will perform 4 songs and
• Local talents to play, sing or dance.

A video will be presented by Coen Kindergarten Association about the Communities view on the rights of keeping Children in our Community Safe.
