The Morning tea will host a diverse range of local community members to come and enjoy a wonderful morning tea that will celebrate and acknowledge the great work communities do in contributing to keeping children safe and cared for. As part of the 2023 QLD Child Protection Week celebrations the morning tea will be an opportunity to show them appreciation and care, while highlighting how all of us play an important part in ensuring children are nurtured and safe.

Guests will enjoy a brief tour of the system of care that’s in place for the vulnerable families in Beaudesert and the surrounding region. There will also be an interactive Q&A session with a Child Safety practitioner followed by an introduction to the QLD Child Protection Guide. This will be an informative and enjoyable chat on how our whole community works to help keep children safe as well as give everyone attending some useful information and tools to support their great work.
