A Child Protection Week workshop will be held in Bundaberg on Sunday 4 September 2022. The event is being organised by Wide Bay Advocacy Inc with support from the Anglican Parish of Bundaberg. The workshop will cover the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, an examination of Australia’s legislative landscape before and after the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse, legislative reform in Queensland, the intersection of policy and legislation, and how to stay up-to-date.
