We will be having a Father’s Day Walk on Country led by local Saltwater man – Anhtony Cora from Biren Culture. Children from both Mibbun and Ngarum groups will bring their dads or male role model along to Minjunbal Cultural Centre and ocean board walk area for Smoking Ceremony, Ochre sharing and our guided walk.
This is held on Saturday 24th August.
In 4th term we also have Bravehearts visiting for their personal safety Ditto workshop for both classes.
Once again, we are grateful for the support of the Child Protection grant to help facilitate these events for the children and their families.
