Free Community Screening of the parenting film “Seen”

Parenting is tough.

Some days are full of joy, and others are heavy with worry, exhaustion, and hard choices.
This Child Protection Week, Child Protection Practitioners Association Queensland (CPPAQ), together with local services and Central Queensland University, invites you to take a pause and join us for a free community screening of “Seen”. A powerful film sharing the real journeys of four parents navigating healing, reconnection, and raising kids through tough times. It’s a film that validates the struggles, celebrates resilience, and reminds us that none of us are alone in this work.

This free event welcomes all caregivers and includes time to share food and conversation afterwards. It’s a chance to reflect, be inspired, and connect with others who understand.

Part of Child Protection Week 2025: “Protecting children is everybody’s business.”
