The Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian is an independent statutory body mandated to promote and protect the rights, interests and wellbeing of Queenslanders under 18, particularly those who are vulnerable or at risk.
The Commission listens to and speaks up for children and young people, attempts to resolve issues impacting on them, and works with organisations and service providers to create safe environments for children and young people.
