At Life Without Barriers we believe every child and young person has the right to reach their potential. When a child or young person cannot live at home we provide safe and stable homes through our out-of-home care services, including those delivered by our committed team of foster and kinship carers. As part of the wrap around support we provide to young people, we may also arrange for family contact, clinical services, transition support, cultural planning and respite care.
