Bee Safe!
As a way of acknowledging Child Protection Week we wanted to find a way to show our children how to be safe. We researched some different animals, including insects and discovered that bees work together to keep each other safe in their hives.
On Monday 3 September we will have a bee keeper come to our school and install a stingless bee hive. Dr Toby will work with our students to teach them about how bees communicate with each other, respect each other’s roles, help each other and protect each other to maintain their community and keep each other safe.
