Students will be packing emergency backpacks for teenagers in crisis in the lead up to and during Child Protection Week.

The secondary library will display promotional materials for Child Protection Week and students will make lanterns to decorate the library.

Each emergency backpack contains a blanket, clothing, toiletries, contact details for support services, a letter and a handmade card.

Students will be requested to donate items to fill the backpacks and will be involved in making the cards.
