One Bite At A Time will be holding a ‘pop up’ session using food as our connector for families. Our Program aims to foster independence skills, relationship building, tips and tricks to make ends meet, feeding our kids and making connection through food ‘everyone’s business’. By encouraging our parents to engage with their children through the simple act of preparing and sharing food, we aim to ensure children, teens and young people transitioning from care have some skills to be able to feed themselves, make ends meet and know what healthy eating is.
