To complete your award nomination, please respond briefly to the achievement criteria and one additional selection criteria. The nomination should only include achievements for the past year, or where an initiative or project has concluded in the past year.  Please limit your response to 250 words per criteria. Supporting material such as photographs, brochures, etcetera, may be submitted, but is not required ** Please note a maximum upload capacity of 25mb applies*

Successful engagement of communities towards making a sustained and positive impact on their t on children's lives, through innovative public awareness campaigns and community activities.
Working with other government or non-government agencies to achieve successful outcomes for the safety and wellbeing of children and young people. *Please include detail about who has been consulted or helped deliver the work.
Advancing the understanding of child protection issues within Queensland.
Implementing new and creative ways to prevent harm to children and young people.
